RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

While we take pride in all of our Elegant by Alice INC products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective Elegant By Alice merchandise for up to 5 days after the delivered date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, fragrances, lotions and items marked "Sale" on the website, tag or invoice are not returnable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:

RETURN BY MAIL

The above Online Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns made by mail. Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from Elegant By Alice Online. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

STEP 1:

Email info@elegantbyalice.com with order number and reason for return or exchange.

STEP 2:

Print the Return Authorization Form & Shipping Label

Enclose your Return Authorization Email in the return package with the item(s) you are sending back to us. If your order arrived in multiple packages and you want to return more than one item, you may be issued multiple shipping labels and Return Authorization forms. Elegant by Alice is not responsible for any return shipping fees. We strongly suggest you insure your package by with a tracking method, Elegant By Alice INC is not responsible for returns that we do not receive.

STEP 3:

Packing & Courier Service

Securely package the articles with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers.

Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are able to accept hand-delivered returns to our NYC location. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. Certain exceptions apply. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

RETURN TO STORE

The above Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns to store. Returns to store are also subject to our store return and exchange policy.

 

STEP 1:

Determine if the merchandise you wish to return is eligible for an in-store return by reviewing the above Return and Exchange Policy.

Bring your eligible merchandise along with the original packing slip or invoice, a photo ID and the credit card used when you placed your order (if applicable).

EXCHANGES

The easiest way to make an exchange is by visiting our NYC location. If you wish to make an exchange by mail, simply email us at Info@elegantbyalice.com . One of our friendly Customer Care agents will help you place a replacement order. Please note that you will be charged for the replacement merchandise and you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a gift that was purchased online, you can return it by mail or to the Elegant By Alice Nyc location. To return by mail, email info@elegantbyalice.com with your order number to start your return process.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT

If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original invoice/packing slip, simply reprint a copy of your original invoice/packing slip that was sent to your email.
